First registered on 17 May 1968, the Australasian Land Corp’s business and company registrations are still current. Owned by Chris Sarros (and very likely, in partnership with his brother Zifko), it’s believed this was their original office location before they relocated to Osbourne Park.

 

The Office

There is next to no information that can be readily obtained from this North Perth office, other than the land size of 338 m² and the office taking up 152m² of this space. Built during the late 1950s – early 1960s, it currently sits boxed in between two bigger and newer buildings.

 

The Brothers

Touted as a real estate development company, the brothers own a multi-million dollar portfolio with more than a dozen residential and commercial properties.

 

They made the news in November 2022 when they took a tax matter to the State Administrative Tribunal, which came after a failed bid to challenge their $141,000 tax bill. It was a culmination of “three years worth of land tax bills on their $4 million Westminster property”, which they’d argued was their primary residence.
