Hazelmere Weatherboard House
Built in 1925, the two bedroom residence on the 42,699m² block of land was issued a demolition permit on 24 September 2021, with demolition carried out some time in October 2021.
It may have been the case that whilst no legal tenants had lived on the property for quite some time, it had subsequently attracted squatters and dumping.
The property history can be found on Domain’s website:

PGV Environmental (on behalf of Relocatables Australia) submitted a clearing permit to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation on 17 September 2021. The application was to clear 1,846m² of native vegetation to allow Relocatables Australia to “build a test track for Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems to remotely guide vehicles”.
This would involve the installation of five dongas (including three offices, a crib and toilet block), two standard 40ft sea containers to support a dome structure and construction of a figure eight track, in which a development application has been lodged for approval with the City of Swan (I haven’t been able to locate any record of it).
The northern part of the block contains a small area of Bush Forever, which extends into the neighbouring property.
Lots to the east, west and north-west had previously been developed for industrial estates.
